These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Weight Loss Now website and consulting services. By booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

We are a wellness consulting service, not a medical practice, clinic, or healthcare provider. Nothing provided by Weight Loss Now constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our services are available to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. By booking, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment provider. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect bookings already confirmed.
After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a health questionnaire by email within 24 hours. Your personalised plan will be prepared within 2-3 business days of you submitting the completed questionnaire. Your phone call will be scheduled promptly after your plan is ready.
We stand behind the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied with your consultation plan, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will either revise your plan at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Refund requests made after 7 days of plan delivery cannot be processed. Refunds are not available once the phone call consultation has been completed.
Individual results vary. Testimonials and reviews on our website reflect the real experiences of individual clients but are not a guarantee of results. Weight loss depends on many factors including adherence to the plan, individual metabolism, lifestyle, and health status.
All content on this website and the personalised plans we create are the intellectual property of Weight Loss Now. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content or plans without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Weight Loss Now's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
